Agent skill group disappear from statistics in CTI 8.5.5

Hello ,

Agent CTI desktop (version 8.5.5) show all skill group when agent press statistics button when he logged in  but later agent observed only 1 skill group showing except the default one.Agent taking calls for all skill group but someskill group disappearing after some time from statistics window.

Not able to find any such settings and in CTIOS server for this behaviour.

Can someone please suggest.

Hi.

Observe the logs of the CTI and the CTI OS server. Statistics may disappear when these two malfunction and restart.
