Agent state "Not ready" reason 32762

Hello. I have a IPCC agent that has two lines on their 7965 phone. Line 1 is their personal extenstion and Line 2 is their UCCX extension. We had an issue where the agent went to the "not ready" state and the reason code was 32762 offhook and never returned to the ready state without manually forcing it. After tracing down the logs I was able to duplicate this same scenario. The agent goes off hook and dials their personal extension on line 1 and after hanging up the agents state goes "not ready" and shows to be offhook. Anyone else experience this and is their a known bug on this. I am running UCCX 8.5.1.11002-22.

Uccx 8.5 su2 had like lots of bug , this can very well be a bug , i will strongly recommend you to upgrade your uccx to 8.5 su4
