Agent state while reserved in Outbound Campaign

Hello,

recently i upgraded IPCC Enterprise CAD from 7.5(6) to 7.6(3).

Immediately after the upgrade all users noticed a change in the agent state behaviour while in an Outbound Campaign (progressive & predictive).

In the old version 7.5(6) while the agent was reserved in the campaign (waiting for a customer call) both in CAD and CSD his status was "Hold"

Now after the upgrade to 7.6(3) the status is "Talking"

Is this a bug, a feature (normal behaviour - changed between versions) or a misconfiguration?

Agent state while reserved in Outbound Campaign

I noticed this as well when I upgraded a client to 8.0. I think from memory I did log a TAC case and I think it was a change in behaviour.
