Agent Threshold Limit per ACD PG PIM

Hello All

We have a situation where we are collapsing multiple Avaya Definity ACDs and consolidating it into a single Core ACD with Gateways at multiple locations.

As these ACDs were traditionally integrated to multiple ICM ACD PGs , now they would need to be integrated into a single ACD PG.

However we suspect that we might shoot the recommended threshold of 2000 agents per ACD PG PIM.

So wanted to check if there is any work around solution for this ?

One recommended solution was to have 2 ACD PGs integrated to the same ACD there by increasing Agent count to 3000 however because of several limitations we arent backing this solution.

Any answers directing in proper direction is highly appreciated.
