Agents are not showing when i try to create a team.
I have just installed UCCX 8.5 and CUCM 7.1.5 but when i go into uccx and look for resources, i don’t see any resources. On call manager RmCm has control of phones, and is CTI enabled. Under the end user page, i have selected the uccx extension. So even though i can see the users in uccx with their correct extensions, when i try to create a team, the users do not appear as available resources. When i go to agent view, i can see the users and they are greyed-out. However, if I change them to supervisors and try to create the team again, they become available for selection as supervisors but never as resources/agents because they are never displayed as available resources when i try to create a team. I have also tried to synch CAD.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
