Allow Supervisor to change Call Center Hours

IPCC 4.0 Enhanced.

Without using an xml file. Has anyone been able to create a script that gives the Call Center supervisor the ability to change the hours on the fly.

You could have a script which effectively overrides the configured opening hours, but you'd need a flag somewhere to signify this, and that's usually in an XML file.
