Is there way in IPCC Express scripting, how I can get the ANI of the caller in the CRA scripting.
I tried lookign in the documents, but with out any luck.
Need it urgently.

Use the "Get Call Contact Info" step under Call Contact folder, and there is a field Celling Number which is what you are looking for.
