Setup ---IPCC 7.5(8) and CAD 7.5(8).The real time ASA info on the CSD for Team Statistics and Skill Statistics shows 00:00:00.I had the Recording and Statistics process restarted on both the CAD Servers, as per the troubleshooting guide but no luck there.I can see this info on the Web View Reports so i know the HDS is fine.Can any debugging help here?
