ASR problem - only one session allowed

We are using Nuance with IPCC 4.0.4 and are having a problem with allowing more than one call to hit the ASR steps at the same time. The first call goes through ,the second gets the system error. We have checked the number of ports and channels and the route point are set up with the MRCP ASR Group 1 for the primary dialog group.

The error logs show:

com.cisco.dialogservices.DialogServicesException: MrcpClient.createSession() timed out or was aborted.

Any ideas?

Hello, We are using the same IPCC and we get the same error. We have been using this system without promblem, but suddenly we got this error. Did you solve the error? Please if you have a solution for this, tell us about it. Thank you
