Hi All,

Is there a way to automatically route / assign a new voicemail to users and track if those voicemail has been open/responded?

Thanks!

Hi,

what kind and version of voicemail is that? Unity? Unity Connection? Unity Express? Some custom app based on UCCX?

G.

Hi G,

We are using Unity Connection. Once the voicemail have been left in a mailbox 1, can that user move/forward that voicemail to mailbox 2 in order for the other user to act upon it?

Thanks!

Hi,

what do you mean by "forwarding"? User 1 can send a message to User2. Or do you want to do it programmatically?

G.

Hi G,

Programmatically would be nice. Being able to fwd it (manual/auto) to specific user mailbox will enforce some ownership of those voicemail.

Thanks!

Hi

You can add the users extensions as alternate extension in the voice mail box which you receive the voicemails, so that those users can voicemails as well.  you can check the status of the messages of the voicemail box  by logging into the inbox using the following link,

https://X.X.X.X/inbox/

Please rate if this helps

Thanks

Barry

Hi Barry,

I'm trying to find an end to end process for accountability as well as tracking

a) Once a particular user open/listens/reply/delete the voicemail, is there any report to such details?

b) Also trying to avoid/reduce using multiple applications for them. The visual voicemail directly on the IP Phone looks to be the cleanest approach as listening from the PC would required a different headset (they are the same agents handling inbound calls)

c) Being able to do some form of routing / voicemail assignment to agents/users in the group would be ideal ;)

Thanks!
