We wanted replace our operator and have an AA to direct callers. We have a contact center running but also have unity connection for voicemail. What do you think if it is better to configure it in uccx or unity connection. I have no scripting experience and if TAC will help me to configure a script ? Please shed some light on it.
Unity is much easier to build and manage, UCCX gives you a lot more features, so it really depends on what you need to do in the AA. If it is a simple menu that presents options and perhaps dial by number and name, then Unity is the way to go.
