We are looking for either a 3rd party product or a consultant to assist us with coming up with the functionality to provide automated outbound calls to patients that once connected are injectd back into our scheduling queues. We are running Call Manager 4.1.3 and IPCC Express 4.0(5)SR02_Build044.
More specifically, we need to have database connectivity to our patient databases to determine phone numbers for patients with appointments and then calls setup to those patients and routed into existing scheduling queues ideally with some intelligence to route the call into the appropriate queue.
If anyone can provide information about 3rd party products that do this, or scripts that do this or is interested in consulting with us for this project please advise.
