auto transferring a call after talking to an agent
I have a task where we have a 5 question survey that the caller will answer with a 1-5 answer. Simple ICM script but they want to kick it off without agent doing a transfer because they believe the agent won't always transfer the call. Anyone know a way that I can get the system to dial a route point at the end of a call? Call Control on a drop event in the CAD workflow is not an option as call control only works on ringing and answered events. I'm on UCCE 7.5.10 Enterprise. Something tells me this is going to require a transfer from the agent but would welcome any advice if anyone out there has done something like this.
