Automate back up of Cisco ICM configuration

Hi,

Is there a way to automate back up of Cisco ICM configuration.

I know ICMDBA utility can do that but it has to be manual.

Is there a way to automate this back.

If all you want is the configuration like you would get from ICMDBA >> export then check in the \install directory. There is a batch file called 'loader'. You can call this batch file and its switches from any command sequence such as 'at'. Off the top of my head the sequence is "loader out sync cust_sideX" and that will output the same as an ICMDBA export.

Obviously make a directory structure in advance of running the batch file.
