Automatic Contact Importing in Cisco UCCX Outbound

Hi,

Anybody please help whether i can automate importing the contacts to UCCX outbound campaign.

I need to update the contact list in every 4 hours. So how can i make it automated. Whether any webservice available for it.

This is possible starting in CCX v9 and more so in v10 where there is a REST API for provisioning operations. The outbound direct preview section of this API was fleshed out further in 10.0

There is no pre-built GUI to do this. You would need to write an off-box application or script which loads the contacts through the HTTP REST provisioning API. Documentation is at the link I provided above.
