automatic login AND ready on IPCC Express Phone agent?

I've got IPCC Express 4.0, using the IP Phone agent. I'm using the one button login tip/trick to automatically log agents in on the phone, but they still have to go ready by pressing "state" then selecting READY. Is there any way to include making them ready in the one button login? For these folks, what I really need is one button on services to login & take calls, another button on services to log out at a maximum. pressing "state" and going going ready or logging out is a bit much for them...

I have just obtained information that CRS4.X does not support agent automatic ready after a successful login.
