Automatically change the lifetime of all recorded files to 30 days

Hi,

We have a UCCX 5.0

Our helpdesk manager wants to retain all the recorded files for a period of 30 days instead of the default 7 days.

Is there a setting on the UCCX to change the lifetime of all the recorded files to be 30 days ?

Or does one has to manually change each recorded files to have an extended lifetime?

Many Thanks

We have been through this a bunch, and I am assured 7 days is it. We to have had to listen, then rename and save to folder for our recordings.

Good luck

I tryied to changes the file names of an old file to see it in the supervisor (supervisor only show 7 days) .. but I had no success.. I think that may be some in a database to control the files...

You can use the crsraw2wav.exe to convert all your recorded files from AGENT.FROM.RAW to *.WAV

Hope it helps.

Andrei.
