Automatically resetting statistics in Rt* tables (UCCX7.0.1)
My UCCX doesn't seem to reset Rt* tables statistics automatically during midnight (as mentioned in the UCCX Admin Online Help). totalCalls, callsHandled, etc are continuously accumulating. Only manual reset and system reboots will be able to achieve that.
Any idea how i can troubleshoot this? Which process is responsible for this?
