Automte deletion of multipe agents

Good morning everyone,

I'm going through some cleanup tasks in ICM and want to delete a plethora of users. If it was one or two I would take them from their teams and delete their agents, but I need to delete over 160 agents. Is ther a bat I can do or a way to delete multipe or is it one at a time?

I have noticed that if you remove there Agent extension in callmanager there fall out of UCCX without any interaction.

I dont know if that is the best way or not......

Hi,

you might want to use the Agent Bulk Edit function of the ICM Configuration Manager (Tools > Bulk Configuration > Edit > Agent Bulk Edit; select all the agents you want to delete, take a deep breath and then click the Delete button).

One more thing to remember: once you delete an agent, you delete his/her reporting information as well. Or, actually, the stats stay there but become orphaned, without a reference. So choose wisely, and remove only the agents whose statistics will not be required anymore.
