AW CMS bounces

Anyone seen this before? AW CMS service terminates with error 0x80000003 in the Application event log, then restarts and terminates again, over and over. IPCC enterprise 7.0.

Did you resolve this issue. I am having the same problem on my secondary AW.

Tried looking up the bug id but found nothing.
