AW Real-time tables not updating

Hello,

I am working on a UCCE 9.0 which has been in production for several months.

Today the real-time reports displayed frozen values that would not be updated with time.

Trying to investigate, I noticed the below messages on rtd process:

dis-rtd Client at [BDDAWHDS.Corp.M]/[172.17.2.10] disconnected.

And on the update aw process, I received these errors:

16:27:47:481 dis-uaw Trace: Successfully applied 1 transaction(s) to local database.

Any ideas why the AW keeps trying to connect to logger A then logger B alternately?

Thank you,

Sahar Hanna

10.50.255, what is that, that's not a valid IP.
