Just deployed a new UCCE/CVP 9X system. Not using CUIC at the moment. Customer is looking at 2 specific tables (they're comparing it to an old system they had (ICM/IPIVR 5X) that had data on it. Agent_Skill_Group_Half_Hour and Termination_Call_Detail. Both do not show data (null) on the AWDB or AWHDS when I look at them in SQL. The other tables seem to be populating fine. Rogger shows Termination Call Detail Data. Reporting Interval on the PGs are set to 30 minutes (from 15 minute interval). Service Control button on PG Setup is also picked (with Queue Reporting Checked). Any idea why?
