Barge in key grayed out in CSD

I have an IPCC Express 4.0 and I want the supervisor agent to be able to barge in another agent call, but the key is grayed out even though the monitoring key, for example, is active and working fine.

How do I enable that feature?

IPCC server's NIC binding order is such that the NIC that is disabled is listed first and the active NIC is listed second, need to switch that, List the enabled NIC first and the disabled NIC second.

The primary NIC should be listed first, and the secondary VoIP Mon NIC should be listed second. If it's not, make that change and reboot the server.
