BARS fails to backup IPCC 4.0(4) SR1

BARS just recently started to fail backing up the IPCC server.

Looks like it's having problems backing up the agents recordings?

Heres the error:

CDBRTool failed to backup Spanlink recordings.

Does anybody know the directory these recordings are located?

Hi

Recordings are in:

c:program files\cisco\desktop_audio

Or thereabouts... definately called desktop_audio anyways.

The recordings will be split accross both servers if you have HA (the system round-robin load balances recordings).
