Basic Auto Attendant script, need help

I am getting started with scripts in IPCC and am still working through some basics. Very simple, I would like a single menu to present the caller with the following options;

- Dial an extension at any time

- Press 1 to reach person "A"

- Press 2 to reach person "B"

- Press 3 for a dial-by-name directory

I've attached a screenshot of what I've made so far. I've tried adding "call redirect" statements in the menu tags but can't get them to work. Also, does anyone know what syntax I need to add for "dial by extension"? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, this is a very good document (and is relevant to CUE express AND IPCCx scenarios.) This is a handy exercise for anyone just begining in IPCCx scripting, I'm starting to focus on contact center scripts. Pretty cool :)
