BHCA and Busy Hour reports by CSQ & Application

Hi all

In IPCC Express there is this traffic analysis report that talks about busy hours for the entire Call Center platform. Is there a way to determine the peak call hours for an application or by CSQ?

I haven?t been able to find that information in Application Summary or Application Performance reports or any of the CSQ level reports.

Wondering ? if any of your customers asked you how to obtain busy hour call volume information broken down by CSQ or Application?
