Hello,
We have ucce version 8 using cucm 8. A vendor setup our environment where 7111 agent extension can call any internal extension which is a different partition and not in the same css, however an internal cannot dial 7111. I checked for a route pattern in cucm that would block and internal extension from calling 7111. Also there are no traslation pattern in cucm and in icm. By the way we are using cvp. I ran dial number analyzer in cucm and it shows it block that pattern but i can find out where and what route pattern it is. Please help.

Does this happen to other agents/extensions or only 7111? 7111111111+ is often reserved to be used for UCM transfers with CVP, so perhaps you have some type of overlap?

If an internal phone can not dial an agent extension, the internal phone probably doesn't have the agent extension's partition in its CSS. Maybe the existing CSSes weren't updated with the agent partition.
