Blocking incoming calls in IPCCX!!!!

How can i block certain calls, callers, IDs

in IPCCX, after I collect caller IDs?

Assuming you have the Calling Line ID in a variable use something like:

If strCallingLineID == "1234" Then

-> True

-----> Terminate (Triggering Contact)

Can i have some kind of database with unwanted numbers and according to those DB to terminate

can U explain to a little bit, and does that step goes after ACCEPT step

Yes, the CLI check goes after the Accept step (you to Accept the call before you can process it through a script). I did look at the Reject step, but its behaviour is different: the call follows the Call Forward No Answer setting of the CTI port the call was forwarded to.

You could have a database of unwanted numbers and perform a lookup, then terminate the call if a number is found. You need IPCC Express Premium to perform database dips.
