Breaking Voice Prompts

Hi,

Need some help in understanding about breaking voice prompts. When i make calls from Landline or Mobile to the Hotline, the Welcome prompts/Main menu prompts play good. When i call the hotline from the IP Phone of the same cal center, the prompts appear to break or some prompts dont play ex. i have say play 1.wav, 2.wav and 3.wav. It plays 1.wav and skips 2.wav and plays 3.wav, sometimes 1.wav is skipped 2 and 3.wav is played.

Hi,

there may be a zillion reasons why this is happening.

Turn up detailed tracing, do some test calls, take a look at the logs. You can upload them to here so we can take a look at them, too.
