bug CSCsy18560

Hello I have the identical issue that bug CSCsy18560 but this is for uccx 7.X and we have UCCX 5.0(2)SR02_Build045. Can anyone help me?

B>Symptom:</B>

Voice quality choppy when playback recorded calls from the server thru supervisor desktop

Conditions:

When playback recorded calls from the server through the Desktop Supervisor the recordings are choppy. If you play and save the file and listen to it locally the playback is fine. Monitoring of live calls sounds fine.

Workaround:

Do you have Desktop Based Monitoring/Recording or Spanned? You may have to use Desktop and verify that the agents firewalls are disabled. Also take a look at this link for troubleshooting
