Busy signal when all the agents are online

Hello call,

I have a weird issue with the IPCC 4.5. When all the agents are inline, the first caller gets the waiting voice message, but the other callers get a busy signal.. Anybody has an idea where this is coming from ?

How many CTI ports do you have configured for the port/media group for that particular IPCC application?
