I have a large Call Center running IPPC Enterprise. I would like to know if it's possible to automatically set an agents work state to " ready" as soon as the agent logs into CAD. We are running into a reporting issue where an agent logs in but then waits several minutes to go ready. I would like to eliminate this problem by forcing them to go ready and not have the chance for the agent to screw around and be less productive.
