We are experiencing an issue with the cad agent where email ready not ready icon is greyd out. It is an intermittent problem with random agents sometimes they are able login and if they are logedin they will not get any email notifications from the associated Csq. We have to access exchange mailbox manually in order to retreive emails. Uccx already patched till su4 System version: 18.104.22.16804-25 CAD 22.214.171.1247 . Any suggestion from where to start.
