a window above the active call detail window that seems to show a history of calls the agent has taken. Everytime a call comes in a new entry appears in the list and it just keeps growing. All calls are listed as "Connected" even though the only call that is active is the one listed at the bottom. That call needs to be selected in order for the menu items at the top of the CAD window to be selectable.

Hi Jason,
I had the same problem with version 8.
I have to say that only two agents experienced the problem,and during my troubleshooting I found some misconfigurations in the device profile they were using, but one of them kept having problems...
I was tempted to open a TAC case, but at the end restarting the servers fixed the problems.
