CAD agent logged out automatically

Hi,

Site Setup:

Call manager 4.0(only Publisher)

IPCC Express Edition 3.5(2)

Problem Description:

In the Cisco CAD Agent, the agents are automatically logged out & immediately the agents are able to login.The Servers are located in local site and the agents are residing in the remote location.The bandwidth between the two sites are about 20Mbps(metroethernet) Link.I checked up with the WAN connectivity between the two sites,the Link utilization less than 5% and ther are no bursty nature of traffic.

Request everyone to help me to isolate the problem in the application/network.

Do you mean logged out of CAD or put in the Not Ready state. If Not Ready, this happens when a presented call is not answered.
