Hello everybody.
A customer needs to install Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) and Cisco Supervisor Agent Desktop (CSD) on Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP 3).
I know both applications are able for Window XP SP2, of course the customer is having problem with windows XP SP3.
Is it a way to make CAD and CSD work with Windows XP SP3?
The release for CallManager is 4.2(1)sr1a, CRS 4.0(4)_Build140 with IPCC Express Premium.

The SP3 is not support for Desktop Applications
