CAD - Can't record

Hi all,

Cisco CUCM 9.2

Cisco UCCX 9.0(2)

I can't implement call recording via Cisco Desktop Agent. I created users/agents, assigned them primary and IPCC extensions (the same number). Add user to CSQ and assigned skills. CAD can manage user phone, manage with their state, shows incoming/outgoing calls and etc. I created application with simple ACD algorythm that chooses agent with ready state. Phone computer port is configured as SPAN. I checked with Wireshark RTP flows - they are shown. But when agent presses button to start record (I did put this button to toolbar of CAD) nothing happens but in Agent0001.log file i see message

2014-01-22 19:04:30:864 INFO DESK1316 Supervisor CiscoCM attempting to record extension 4888; The non-business call is not allowed to be recorded. Call ID <16786249>. Record request rejected - returning.

How CAD distiguishes business and non-business calls? How do i can manage this problem?
