CAD Configuration setup error

Hi all,

I faced an error while configuring CAD base services (as per the attached screenshot).

Can someone help me on that?

Looks like you have a Problem

Looks like you have a Problem with Your Service Account,

in services.msc check for CAD base services and see if any issue exist with service accounts()

Try Restarting,starting and stopping services and see if there is any issue.

 

also if you can post snap of your Recording and Statistics configuration, it would be helpful.
