I have an issue dialing any internal extensions that start with 24 from CAD. I can dial from the agent's ICD line on the physical phone with no problem. It only happens when I try to use the CAD dial pad and only for extensions starting with 24. Partitions and Search Spaces look ok in CCM, but I would suspect if that were the problem, I wouldn't be able to dial from the phone either. I am attaching the error that shows up in the agent log on the workstation. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
