CAD Error ERROR VOIP2104

I get this error on CAD 7.5 Cisco Agent Desktop

ERROR VOIP2104 Failed to start <fcdmCorbaStartThread> thread.

This is the full moment of the failure:

2010-03-05 16:03:47:750 INFO VOIP4005 Desktop monitoring disabled for extension [30214].
2010-03-05 16:05:25:593 INFO DAGT0000 Get Login Method from LDAP successfully. Login Method = 1.

I am experiencing this same issue on a recent upgrade. Were you able to find out why the errors were happening?
