In an implementation of UCCX v.7.0 (2) installed the Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) on a PC with Windows XP (CAD was downloaded directly from the administration interface UCCX >> http://[UCCX IP Address]/appadmin > Plugins).
When starting the CAD, the following error is displayed (see attached) and never appears to log window.
"Service Release version downgrade"
"The service release on the servers downgraded Have Been"
"You must uninstall the current service release and try again".
I have reviewed the documentation for troubleshooting of UCCX v7.0 (2) and Cisco Agent Desktop and I could not find any solution to this failure.
