Several of my agents have reported back saying they could not log on to CAD and are getting "The extension specified is not properly configured. Verify the extension is correct and try again" messages. I deleted the device target and re-created and it did not fix the issue. However if I log them in using their ID but my extension it works fine. I'm not sure what else to look at. JTAPI associations are fine. Is there anything else I can look at?
