CAD from stealth to the front

Hi all

I configured my CADs to be in stealth status while receiving calls, so a launched application can be in focus. Then when agent presses transfer button on the phone, CAD leaves the stealth status and appears in task bar like its opened, and when next call arrives CAD goes in focus in the front of application ,and i want CAD NEVER to be in focus in the front of agent's application

Any hints or experience to resolve this transfer problem
