CAD hangs after opening Statistics window

I am running into the following scenario: CAD is working fine however when the agent wishes to view the statistics opening the window is immediately greyed out and then the application hangs. I am running CCM4.0(2a)sr2c and IPCC Express Enhanced 3.5(2) - separate servers. CAD is 4.5.5.20

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Try restarting the Recording and Statistics service from the Control Center in Appadmin.
