CAD not able to make or receive calls

Just installed CAD 7.0(2) with ICM 7.0. Agent can log in and go ready, but none of the call control buttons are lit...they are all grey. Consequently, can't receive calls from the queue and can't place any calls. The agent extension is associated with the PG user. The agent extension is not a shared line with any other device.

Any thoughts on what the problem could be?

In the CAD admin UI, did you assign a workflow to the agent?

Just figured it out and it's embarassing actually...lol

I forgot to create a label for the device target in ICM. Silly me.
