CAD received two calls but no call on the CICP

Hello.

Where are facing a problem with our agents, the CAD received two calls but no call on the CICP. This behavior occurs frequently, we have no clue about this.

Review partition config of

Review partition config of the agent DN to ensure it is listed in the CSS assigned to the CTI ports.

Also, is the DN configured with max calls 2 and busy trigger 1?

If both above are correct then provide MIVR logs and agent extension.
