CAD reserved status

Hi,

I am having CCX 4.5, CCM 5.1, IP phone 7960 & IP Communicator.

Whenever call hits up on CAD through call flow, its status changes to Reserved & all icons of hold/unhold, conference, transfer get disabled.

This is happening to some users.

Can anyone help me to resolve this ??

Hi


Check that the CSS assigned to the CTI Ports for UCCX contains the agent DNs partition. This happens when UCCX tries to consult transfer to the agent, but cannot reach them.

If the CSS is OK, it can also be caused by anything else that would prevent the call - such as regions/locations for example.
