CAD server issue - all agents have associated the default workflow group again without any change
I have a big issue with one of my customer. We have a lot of agents with different workflow groups configured and today I got the message that all agents have the default work flow group again and all personal phonebooks are lost in CADs.The customer told me there was no reboot of any UCCE server and they want to have the old config. They had such an issue couple of month ago and had to reassign all work flow groups to the agents.
How can this happen? And better where I get back the configuration of all agents because they have more than 130 agents.
The customer use UCCE in version 7.5.5 with CVP 7.0.2 and we want to make an update as soon as possible.
Can anybody help how and why this happend or better how can I figure out this issue.

The below trick might come handy when you have to add a new node to a cluster but you don't have or is unsure of the security password for the publisher. This procedure has been around for ages.
1) Login into the CLI of the Publisher.
