CAD - show alerting name or internal name in CAD

I am setting up an application/script for our helpdesk. this application/script will be used internaly. is there a way to show the 'alerting name' or 'internal name' from the callmanager 4.1 fields to populate in the cisco agent desktop (CAD). right now it only populates the DN, and it would be helpful for the helpdesk staff to be able to view the name of the caller in the queue.
