CAD - Transfer to Agent ID Notification

Hello,

One of our business units is finally using the option to transfer by a agent ID, instead of direct dialing their hard phone.

The only problem I have, is when we queue to the agent (each agent has the single enterprise 'agent transfer' skillset on their profile), how can we easily notify the agent a call is in his personal queue.

The business argument, is the agent (availble, or just ready) see's their ACD line flashing/ringing and know's there is an inbound call so they can grab it.

I have checked CAD 7.2, but dont' see any way of popping an alert box when a call in queued to an agent.

Has anyone here found a work around for this?
